Not bad but could be better, one issue is having to call repeated numerous time and not getting through and when you do, the young clerks lauging and carrying on in the background makes it seem like a flea maket of PT. Also, the generally indifferent attitude they display to the patients, they don't go out of their way to be helpful or polite. The front desk crew couldn't give a flying crap about you. They need to be better trained or replaced. And although some of the actual therapists are OK, I feel some are just going through the motions not giving personalized treatment, I will avoid them and seek a better facility until then.

This is an excellent place to have do Physical Therapy. There are very professional, and always there to answer your questions. I especially enjoyed working with Jose, and also had a very good experience with Earl. I highly recommend this place!

I started physical therapy in August, 2024 due to Back muscles spasms, legs cramps, pain in each and every part of my body. Even though, I am in my 70’s but the care and concerns of the physical Therapists at this Center helped me to get better every day. I was recommended by my Primary Care Physician to Cora and my daily life has been changed because I can move easier than before. I know how I was before attending therapy at Cora North.

I scheduled my appointment online on Thursday. Today, a Monday, at 6:30 pm I get a call needing my insurance info (it was submitted with pictures already) but that the insurance verification people were gone for the day so my 7am appointment needed to be changed.

I am so beyond frustrated because why did they wait so long to verify that they had everything for my appointment? 3 business days should have been more than enough. I’ll find a new PT.

I was very pleased with how this clinic helped me with resolving my injury. I was placed in the hands of good professionals. There is great teamwork here, everybody helps each other and together they all help the patients.

The atmosphere given off by the employees helped me gain confidence in dealing with my health for the short and long term, even after leaving therapy I will be motivated in pursuing my health goals.

Kelly Ford was my main therapist who was wonderful. JR was a great therapist as well pushing me to do my best always.

Stan, Greg, Earl and Danny were all wonderful help in getting me anything I need including the exercises when my therapists were not around.

It was especially helpful to have Russian speakers available to help me here with the language barrier. Stan and Natasha were especially helpful in being able to communicate my needs to and to get me the care and attention I needed with the language barrier I have.

Thank you to everybody from the receptionists to the workers in the back office for helping me with getting better with my injury and getting me everything I needed to get better!

I’ve been to this clinic for many years , the front Desk Jasmine, Macharia , Jo and Chris are super helpful and friendly . The clinicians Greg , Earl Evan & Stan always work with me and getting me up and running. Thank everyone for everything you do for me .🫡🫡🫡

Horrible experience
I been asking since before my appointment , please don't put me to do exercises
They don't pay attention to
This people don't care
They don't make sure I leave happy
I never coming here again
I don't like the treatment and to see I don't get better I get worse
I leave with more pain
Due to uncomfortable exercises that make me do and say I DON'T WANT.
Each time that I went was less than 10 minutes. Because I stand up and leave they don't do nothing to stop me or to change my BAD experience. Starting from the manager who run this place, they don't know what they're doing.

I was expecting more masagge and stretches for the pain
No gym with personal trainers telling me do this , do that
But they do nothing for me
I believe this chains cares more about the money they get pay from insurance companies, than to see wellbeing of patience like me.
