I came to this location yesterday for the first time for my Mom’s physical therapy. Katie was super professional and treated my Mom with friendliness and made her feel at ease. Today we returned to continue therapy. I loved the way Katie takes care of her patients and listens to their questions and concerns. I had a great experience here. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Each physical therapist not only cares for their patients physical health but they truly care for you as a whole. All of the therapist are very knowledgeable and are very willing to modify or adjust their patients therapy routine to best suit their patients. The front desk staff are equally as great. They are knowledgeable about medical insurances and working with the doctors to get paperwork and referrals completed. The schedulers also consider each patients schedule and try to find them the best appointment time to fit their needs. Over all, I would highly recommend this physical therapy office and if I ever need PT again I will be going back to Cora.

Absolutely the best physical therapists I have ever known. They are outstanding at diagnosing and explaining your problem. The exercises they propose are designed to challenge you just enough to continue making progress without getting discouraged. Along with the office staff, the therapists are friendly, highly professional and caring people. They lowered my pain level and improved my walking ability. I would not think of going anywhere else if I need future therapy.

I originally came to this location for Keishla who is very knowledgeable, patient and flexible. I will admit though I stayed because of Cheryl. I have multiple conditions and obstacles that make me a “difficult client”. It’s not just the therapist who are companionate and understanding, the front staff are very supportive. Anyone who you come across in this location will work with you to get you the best care possible. So I just wanted to thank Keishla, Cheryl, Rosa and Mary who dealt with me on a day to day bases.

They have a great staff here. Rosa at the front desk is very nice and efficient at her job. Had to call a couple times regarding insurance matters and she was very helpful. The therapists are all great as well special shout out to Cheryl she is a sweetheart, very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. This is the place to go if you need pt.

The Facility is clean. Over the course of my PT treatment, I was greeted by Rosa on every visit. She is very professional and inviting. She set the tone for the experience I would have there. While I did not have many interactions with Mike, the interactions I did have were pleasant and informative, he kept the mood light with his music selection and his small talk. The bulk of my therapy was with Cheryl. After just one interaction with her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to explain each exercise's purpose and how to alleviate any discomfort I had while working through the exercises. The thing I appreciated the most about Cheryl is how observant she is. On several occasions she could tell when I was in pain, and would call me out on it. She held me accountable which ultimately led to my recovery. It's quite funny how I grew to enjoy my interactions with this crew. I looked forward to my appointments every week and was actually sad when i ran out of visits. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know, and they will be the first place I visit if I need physical therapy in the future. Keep caring and thank you.
