Very dissapointed.... my experience started with being told to complete my pre-appointment information online and then I was asked to bring it with me to my appointment which means they expect you to print it off your computer fill it out and hand carry it into the office.... I thought that odd and said so. I was advised by Jacqueline that they're just way "too busy" to receive emails? Whaaaaa? Never heard of that from any other doctor's office. What if you don't have a computer let alone a printer..Well then you need to arrive a half hour early to complete their paperwork before you can be seen. I was also asked for a copy of my "driver's license"? I never had a Dr's. office ask for my license AND my ins. ID card.
I verified from my insurance provider ("Humana") that all I was going to have to pay for my chiropractic visit was a $10 copay. I was assured by the doctor's office by their billing dept.gal (who was Not very pleasant OR helpful) that ""oh she deals with this on a daily basis with all of these insurance companies and insurance co's never pay their exam fee / office visit charge"..
* mine assured them they DID right over the phone. When I proved them WRONG they lost face and advised me they were not going to accept me as a new patient. NEW CLIENTS BEWARE !!..YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY THE "EXAM FEE" UP FRONT !!! Check with your insurance company first !!
Doc just wants some cash
$$$$$ upfront from you even though your insurance company most likely pays the "EXAM FEE" (extra profit)

* Check with your insurance co. first & ask for your benefits dept. manager to verify what you need to pay)
