Me and my partner had tried a different couples counselor before but didn't really connect with them like we did Joe. We were hesitant to see another couples counselor after our not so great first experience, until I discovered Joe and saw that his experience was more aligned with addressing the issues we were facing. Joe was able to put us both at ease and connected with us individually and as a couple. Our relationship has definitely improved and we are able to have difficult conversations with each other now vs before we would avoid conflict.

First off, the facility is clean, nicely decorated, in a pretty centric location and from what I can appreciate from their decor, LGBTQ + friendly. Appointments are scheduled by phone, through the counselor of your choice.

Only downside is that parking is limited and kind of uncomfortable, there's no receptionist (although scheduling and communication has never been an issue) and in my experience, there was Square service fee that was added to payments that I wasn't aware off until services were provided.

Nevertheless, if you are looking for counseling services, I would recommend this location.
