We had an amazing experience at Cottage Urgent Care- Buellton. Sarah quickly took care of us and kept us up to date on what would be happening. The PA Miranda was very thorough and took time to answer questions and explain what we needed to know. Crystal had amazing techniques to help my daughter (8 yrs old)take medication while being very conscious of my daughter's nervousness. Crystal talked us through every step.
Barb made the X-ray process smooth and calming. She gave my daughter directions that were easy to understand and made the X-ray process a breeze.
I highly recommend Cottage Urgent Care- Buellton.

The staff was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old. They did everything they could to help her feel comfortable and in explaining to us what to expect so that we could be prepared. If you have to go to an urgent care, this one was one of the best. We were traveling through the area and if we ever have another emergency this will be the place we go.

Always very kind and professional! In my experience with various medical offices that have cared for my parents, myself and my 3 kids over the last few years we've increasingly found it to be more difficult to navigate front office staff and medical care. I'm surprised that when managing difficult health problems like cancer, dementia and childhood illnesses it has been medical offices that provide the treatment that are the least willing to extend grace to the families implementing their recommendations and impacted by such difficult situations. When we visit your facility, however, I'm always so relived to experience kindness and support from the moment we walk in. We have received excellent medical attention and care at every visit to cottage urgent care in Buellton. Our family feels incredibly fortunate to have your facility right around the corner. Barbara at check-in was so kind and understanding of a mom coming in with kids at the end of the night. Sarah, the MA was fabulous with my girls! So interactive and kind. She made it fun and inclusive for them. Jared was professional as always. Even with the end result being "colds", he makes you feel heard and validated. Thank you!

The staff was very welcoming as soon as I entered the building. I was there for myself but I had my 3 year old twins with me. They were very friendly and playful with my kids which made it easier on myself. The staff was quick to room me. The appointment was speedy but efficient. I was happy with the care I received from the staff! I can honestly say it was the best urgent care experience I have ever had! 🙂

I’ve been to this Urgent Care twice in the last 3 months. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is super courteous. Each visit has been a short wait. The PA took care of my issue and had me out the door super fast.
