I don’t have a phone anymore. I will not have internet or be able to use my iPad anymore Thank Lisa for her misdemeanor it was SOCKING….. She treated me like a third class citizen.(REALLY) She NEVER READ MY LETTER FROM MY Psychiatrist. And, who does that?……? Thank you all for misleading patients It’s asin. I pray everyone reads this. The pharm management was so mean and had no empathy for anyone or anything that was told to them I was made to feel bad about my feelings that I shouldn’t be depressed or have anxiety!!! I’m already depressed and feeling bad about myself I didn’t need to be talked to like I was a dog .this was my second visit to the office ! I think they need to be better at choosing who they hire. You need to have compassion for the sick!! She had no sympathy and that could make a person to take there own life if she treats everybody like she treated me!!!

I can't speak for how this place operates with regard to customer service to clients, etc. as I've not been there, but I can tell you that when I called to obtain records for the APRN I work with, I got an answer immediately. Robyn was very nice and easy to work with, and I had the records five minutes later. Very efficient. To me, this is a good indicator of a place that is well run, so I would not hesitate to seek services if I needed them, and they were in my area of service.

I’ve been going to this clinic since 2017. Brenda Crownover is the best counselor I’ve ever had. And having a psychiatrist (Love you Dr Carter!) to prescribe me in the same building is extra convenient. Dr Crownover is the first counselor I’ve been to that made me feel like she was listening and trying to help instead of just saying “chronic depression take some pills” and being done with it. She took my mental health concerns seriously and even researched and helped me find someone willing to test and diagnose me with autism as an adult. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, going so far as to tell me they’ll be praying for me when I cancel due to illness and saying they’re happy I’m feeling better next time I come in. I cant think of anywhere more deserving of a 5 star review than this counseling clinic.

absolutely horrible. i saw robert kemper. he made me feel worse after my appointment. wanted to change my medications that i said worked. told me that i wasn’t perscribed the right medication for anxiety even tho I 100% was. made fun of me for not knowing a phrase and told me i shouldn’t be a nurse not knowing it. made me take off the sticker from seeing my dying father in the hospital. overall terrible person and therapist. had to read out of a textbook on even what to say to me. also had a cockroach crawl on my foot while sitting in the waiting room.

Lady at the front desk who answers the calls is SO RUDE!! Will be finding a new clinic for my son. She is completely unprofessional especially considering she handles and talks to people who are either going through a rough time.

I spoke with "dr" eberle & boyce regarding my son's diagnosis, & they confirmed what I already knew. It's a serious issue for a 14 y/o, & one that I have personally dealt with for years. I sat him down with his mom and told him. "Dr" eberle then proceeded to give him a MINOR diagnosis and tell me that "he's too young to give the real diagnosis to"! WTAF?! If a child has stage 4 cancer, you don't LIE & tell them they have a precancerous tumor! That's UNETHICAL! I am filing an ethics complaint with the board. The office managers didn't care. The misdiagnosis has caused him to think I lied, which I simply don't do. He has had numerous problems because he doesn't think he's got any major issues.

This business should be SHUT DOWN! They don't care about my daughter's health issues and mental health issues that go along with it. They refused to call my daughter her God given pronouns and made her CRY! My daughter is a MINOR! Born a girl and will stay one. This place is HORRIBLE!!
