I was looking forward to our 2nd. Visit with Dr. Ward. He asked if we could be there at 2 the next week...I explained that I had a 1:00 appointment at the hospital, I would be done by 2 ,but would be 10 minutes late. He asked if my husband could be there at 2. He could. So dr Ward said he would work with that...start with my husband at 2 and I would slip in 19 mind. Later. We showed up as planned. Dr. Ward was angry with us ,accused us of not taking therapy seriously, and refused to see us. I will not be rescheduling with him. Or his office. He refused to hear me or my husband.

My wife who is in early stages of Alzheimer's was referred to the clinic by our PCP. My wife sat thru about 3 hours of questions, quizzes and stories she was required to respond to. The Dr was kind and courteous but gave us no answers or suggestions as to the results of these tests. We have no idea what or where the results were sent or who they were sent to nor has anyone from their office contacted us to follow up. Seems like no one cares

I should have heeded previous reviews of Dr. Patrick Ward, the owner of this place. I have never encountered a provider so rude, condescending, and egotistical. He has no interest in hearing from the client as he drones on and on, talking in circles. There is something seriously wrong with this guy. Believe the reviews you read about him. Find someone - anyone- else!
