UPDATE: I still never heard back from them after many emails and phone calls! The “therapist” name is Sharon Quakenbush BEWARE!!!
Please don’t waste your time coming here. First of all they don’t take insurance, they charge you $140 per session. At least they did for me. Keep in mind that I am a college student who only works part time. I decided to invest in my mental health and just pay that price per session. When I made my first appointment online I was told that I would receive a phone call from their receptionist. I never did. When I showed up for my 3rd appointment I was completely ghosted. The person that I was seeing did not show up for our appointment. I waited 30 minutes for them to show up. I got no email saying that they couldn’t make the appointment. No phone call either. I called the phone number that is listed here and the same number provided by the “therapist” and have yet to receive a phone call back. I left plenty of voicemails. No one ever picks up the phone!!!There is no business email listed anywhere on their website. I have also emailed the “therapist” and I have yet to receive a email back. I received an email saying “This email account that you tried to reach is disabled”. I emailed the same email that sent me intake paperwork to fill out. This is highly unprofessional. It’s been over TWO WEEKS and no one has bothered to reach out to me. Save your money and time. It is not worth it. They do not care about your mental health.

I've worked with Bill off and on for years now, and I feel like he has been very helpful in my journey to better get control of my mental health. He, more than any other counselor or therapist I have worked with, has always been respectful, considerate, and able to speak with me about my thoughts and feelings without judgement or misunderstanding. When I had my first appointment with Bill I assumed it would be like all the other therapists I have seen over the years...but he proved to me quickly that he was very different. The very first thing I noticed that was unique about Bill from other therapists was that he did not have a note pad and pen on his lap taking notes...he was listening and getting to know me. I know that he genuinely cares about his clients. I feel like life is just easier since I have been seeing Bill. He's the BEST!!!

The team at Counseling Hope are wonderful. Bill, my therapist, shows genuine care and concern during my sessions. He listens without judgement and is not a "fixer", but offers guidance and support as I deal with the issues in my life. Other therapists that I've seen have tried to offer me solutions, and have at times seem judgmental - that has never happened with Bill.
