I started seeing Kelly who is an EMDR therapist with counselling connection. I had heard of this type of therapy but didn't really understand what it was all about. When I finally had enough suffering, I was willing to try ANYTHING. If you need more than cognitive behavioural therapy, like I do...Maybe this journey is the one to consider? The EMDR process has been amazing (thus far). I am learning that it is POSSIBLE to genuinely live in a state of joy and love, as opposed to sadness and depression, which has been my deafault mode my entire life, due to the trauma I have experienced. Just don't take all the appointments with her hehehehe

Great group of people!! On point and professional.
I would recommend Counselling Connection to anyone looking for a place in the G.T.A
Just east of Toronto but well worth the 25 min travel. Literally 2 min drive north off the 401. Free Parking A+ Experience
