I've been going here for quite some time and have had nothing but a positive experience.The counselor, facilitator's and receptionist's are extremely professional, compassionate and understanding. Everyone has constantly gone above & beyond to help and support me. I truly thank all of them for their passion and kindness.

There is a very RUDE front desk lady named Denise. I called for help, and her answer for everything was “ I DON’T KNOW”. I myself, work in the medical field, and if you DON’T know an answer, you find help or call a manager for advice. Now i’m frustrated and upset because i didn’t get the help i needed. I liked the other front desk young girl she was always willing to help.

Fake review from Alicia Olivares that claims to be licensed but refuses to give license number. When I did my research and looked her up she is no where to be found as licensed. Also fake review from receptionist. They gave me a bogus name Robert pollitier. When I looked him up no where to be found...Do not go here. Trying to warn others they may not be as claimed.

these people are a joke. they take weeks to get back with you on anything and will lie on theyr reports. if your going for a dui they dont keep contact with tri county or your probation officer. wouldnt recommend them to anyone....

Please be aware of this place. Their are thief’s they told me 12 weeks of counseling come to find out they started me all over again. And they stole my money for 3 weeks. I would give it a -5 be careful.

This office does not understand how an EAP program works. For marriage counseling they insist you need 2 EAP’s? An EAP covers individuals, couples and/or family’s.They are trying to double charge. Shading business practice.

I recently began visiting this location and have nothing but good to say. The atendance and attention to detail is amazing , next to no wait time for my appointments, very helpfull service and staff , and the recpcionists are spectacular .
