Dr. Creek is amazing. He’s very nice but the ladies that take care of the referrals will never get back to you. You can leave message after message. They put you on hold forever and then they disconnect the call. I left five messages back to back and nobody ever returned my call. Completely unprofessional

Service is good at the beginning ONLY the first time you see a doctor. Then you can't see a doctor even when you request it because you're no longer are losing weight. To top it off last 2 months they've been out of medication (injections) and are giving out the free try outs (samples) and still charging for regular medication. Those 2 months I didn't lose 1 pound. Last I was told they will no longer have injections because of Covid. I am taking my money some where else. ***Note I am speaking for my wife, myself and my sister in-law. These past 2 months we haven't seen a doctor after requesting it and we haven't lost 1 pound on THESE FREE SAMPLES.

Initial visit with Dr. Creek was great! Poor service with horrible follow up thereafter. I had heard many great things about this practice and their program and I have to say I have had nothing but disappointment. From the follow up, to when I call to ask for status on my prescriptions all I get is the run around. When I call all I have gotten is attitude from the MA, who handles the weight loss program. Sad thing is my insurance is paying as well as I paid cash. I was given samples with someone else’s name on it- HIPAA violation which I did not make a big deal about. I expected much more and was looking forward to success with Dr. Creeks program. ?

Dr. Creek is an excellent doctor, following his low carb diet plan and doing intermittent fasting, I lost 36 lbs, reversed diabetes, my A1C dropped to an amazing 6.3, got off all medications and my liver is healthy again!!! I am very impressed and thankful with Dr Creek!
