The Crosby Counseling Center is an ideal place to get the help and support one wants/needs to improve their life. As. counselor myself, their staff are empathic, supportive, and encouraging to their clients. They provide a comfortable and "homey" environment for one to feel safe and heard. I would, and have recommended patients to this facility, knowing that they will be well taken care of and supported in their journey of change.

Dr. Crosby was highly recommended to me by several women I attended a breastfeeding support group with. They gave me her card when I mentioned to them that I was struggling with sleep deprivation, anxiety and depression not too long after my son was born. From the moment I spoke with Dr. Crosby, I knew I was in good hands. I started seeing her weekly for several months. She helped to empower me through one of the most challenging times of my life and I am forever grateful for her services. She is kind, gentle and understanding and provides such a safe space for whatever you are going through. She also gave me exercises to work on at home that changed my life. Her office is beautiful, clean, warm and comfortable. I was even able to bring my baby and let him play with the basket of toys she had available. I couldn't recommend Dr. Crosby enough. She is a truly gifted doctor.

It is genuinely rare I give a place 5/5 stars but this place actually deserves it - the counselor actually helps and is non judgmental. The front desk service is friendly and returns calls within a reasonable time and tries to work through whatever issues are going on. Super understanding when it comes to money issues as well. Absolutely recommend regardless of what your previous issues are (mental health or socioeconomic background is).

I have been seeing Jessica Sullivan for 3 years. She has helped me through the toughest time in my life, I’d didn’t think I would ever climb out of that hole. She did is with kindness, respect and never any judgment. From my first interaction with Sullivan she made me feel safe and supported never judged. Always on time and fast with responses for appointments. Highly recommend.

De Crosby is one of a kind. She takes the time to listen and understand what you are going through. I 100% recommend her, especially if you are going through postpartum and having a hard time. It’s not easy! Don’t sit there alone and think no one wants to listen or help. Reach out to Dr Crosby and she is more than willing to help!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Sullivan as my therapist for 2 years. She helped me with with many areas in my life including personal loss, relationships, and depression/anxiety. Dr. Sullivan is my favorite therapist I have ever had. I wish I could have her clone in the state I relocated too. I HIGHLY recommend, Dr. Sullivan!
