Lauren Jack MC, LAC is one of the premier counselors in the area. She has incredible insight and is able to understand the personal needs of each and every client with whom she works. She is understanding and compassionate, and has a unique way of guiding individuals to a healthy and happy life. Lauren is a bright light and through her knowledge and expertise she helps people rise to a higher level, enabling them to remove barriers and often times self-imposed limits, so they see the joy and beauty in life and may move on to realize their dreams. I am a physician and refer patients to Lauren with confidence, knowing they will find the help they seek and that they will obtain the tools to bring happiness and personal growth into their lives. I sent my ex bf here to work on his anger issues after he physically assaulted me and drinks to excess and loses control. The counselor tells him he should be angry and to remove himself from my life since he paints the picture of being the victim. Now he’s more angry than ever and out of control without the influence of alcohol. Michael Hutt, you need to be more careful about how counsel men with anger issues and distortions of reality (narcissists).

Incredible Counseling center, they have different therapists with various specialities. I love that they have a professional who does EMDR and they even have counseling for children. I highly recommended!
