My experience from check in to check out was quite pleasurable. We agreed by a young lady working in the front desk, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of the staff at the facility from front desk to the Bar area were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and tidy, but I probably ready to be upgraded. I believe my TV was 32 inch overall the room was still very comfortable and clean. They have a nice bar and restaurant and the food was actually very good. Overall, the prices were good for being at a hotel and comparable to what you would pay if you drove somewhere else. That being said, my colleagues and I ended up having drinks and eating dinner at the hotel both nights we stayed there. They have a nice pool on site, but unfortunately, the hot tub is not working. They also have a pool table and a shuffleboard table, which were nice to have, but unfortunately the shuffleboard was missing the disc so we were unable to play that and the acoustics were pretty worn but we still found a way to play a few games of pool. The hotel is tucked away off of the main roads so it’s very quiet. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend staying there if you’re in the area

May 4, 2024…Checked in this evening at around 4:45 to stay with my 2 small children for the night. We dropped our bags in the room and headed to the pool. We came back to the room ready to wash up and go to bed and we noticed some bugs. I killed 1 bug in the bathroom on an towel and another 2 on the bed. They looked like small black bugs, possibly bed bugs. I immediately packed and left the room. I told the man and woman at the front desk. The man came to my room and I showed him one of the bugs. It was still crawling. He walked back to the desk and started speaking privately with the woman at the desk. Neither of them had customer service skills. Had that happened to one of my customers, I would have been apologizing or offering something to make up for it. The woman had a terrible attitude, snotty face, and not even an apology while I stood there with my exhausted 2 year old and 7 year old at nearly 10pm. She didn't say anything else until I asked her for a refund. She should have explained the policy immediately, but I had to mention to her that I paid a lot of money for that room, and ask her for a refund, to which she explained she will let her GM know and it's up to the GM if I'll get a refund. There were clearly bugs in the room. I showed management immediately. No one wants to sleep in a bed with bugs no matter what kind of bug. I should have gotten at minimum an apology for the inconvenience and ruined trip with my kids. I had to drive home late with them exhausted and upset. I can tell by the way those two employees handled me as a customer that they were not trying to help. I don’t think they ever addressed it with management. I felt like I was a nuisance to them.

Also as we were walking out to leave, my son was upset and I was explaining to him we had to leave due to the bugs. A guy walking past overheard me and said "wait did you just say there were bugs in there?" I said “yes we left because of bugs”... he said he was going through the same thing, he was there with his team and they were getting bit up all night and no one did anything about it. A year later no one ever returned my calls or emails and I never I received a refund. Awful

We stayed here for two nights and the service was fantastic. It was very quiet with little to no noise. Also the workers at the front desk were very friendly. The cleaning service was great as well. Beds were comfortable and I really loved the design on the hotel as well. We will definitely be back again.

Food was amazing, bar service was great but omg 1 bar tender for a whole group of folks he was running food and trying his best. Of course are not nice and patients either.

My only issue was discolored water Saturday night and Sunday morning on my shower and sink. Good thing I had bottle water to brush my teeth. Other then that theady I belive Anna was amazing helping with buffet at our conference. She seems like live there fot those 3 days. Lol very attentive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Princeton - Conference Center, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional.

The hotel itself is impeccably clean, with a well-maintained ambiance that instantly creates a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering ample space for both relaxation and work. The comfort of the bed and the quality of the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home.

One standout aspect of our stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, particularly Jennifer, the manager on duty. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Jennifer was not only friendly and approachable, but she also demonstrated a wonderful rapport with our children, making them feel at ease and engaged. She provided us with excellent recommendations for nearby dining and attractions, including the BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple, which is just a short 15-minute drive away. Her local knowledge and hospitality were truly appreciated.

The location of the hotel is also a big plus. Situated in a convenient area, it offers easy access to various attractions, dining options, and shopping centers, making it an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers.

In summary, I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Princeton - Conference Center. The combination of comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, and a prime location makes it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. Crowne Plaza is a beautiful hotel with interesting architectural spaces, beautiful views and well kept rooms. The staff are very welcoming. Your are greeted with smiles by all staff and they are all willing to assist you when needed.

I booked my second stay at Crowne. The first was for my child’s birthday and graduation party. I invited several families and all fell in love with the hotel.

Some hotels are very busy. Here you can host your own, meeting, weddings, birthdays, and events as there is so much space. For all its amenities the rental prices are affordable for families.
This is one of the factors that attracts me most.

The game room and tv is a perfect lounge space to relax, the breakfast and foods served at the Grille are well made and tasty.

This second stay was to specifically just relax. The hotel is quiet and the beds are soft, warm and snuggly. My family was able to get the sleep and rest needed.

We miss the hotel and look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful on all accounts. Especially happy about Jessica's service. She made us feel like we were the most important guests! Also a big shout out to the bar. The food was wonderful. I had the Caesar salad, and then the Cuban sandwich. Both were tasty and the service prompt. Well definitely be back for another weekend getaway!

From the moment you arrive at the check-in desk, you will be treated like a preferred guest. The staff is well-trained (of course) but they always go above and beyond the minimum to ensure that guests are satisfied.

The hotel is situated in a quiet, park-like setting. Only a true insomniac would have trouble sleeping! The breakfast buffet, while not gourmet, is more than sufficient to get your day off to a good start. The à la carte breakfast menu has many wonderful options. (I recommend the yoghurt and fruit bowl and my son is wild about the eggs Benedict...)

I have stayed at this property at least a dozen times over the past 18 months and have never been disappointed.
