Beautidul building but maintenance doesn't replace lightbulbs which gives a tacky appearance and shows neglectful additudes lol. entrances and halls are often dark and study corners typically have no functioning ceiling lamps. At times the stairwells have become so dark due to no effort to fix lamps that it's impossible to see at night.
