RUN DON'T WALK to make an appointment with master massage therapist,David Ireland!! He is absolutely amazing!! Not only is his massage room cozy and warm but the lights and music are so relaxing! He pulls out all the necessary items to heal your body and purge it of toxins through massage and stretches! I have been going and my body has never felt better and no chronic pain in my hip or neck! I was way overdue for a shampoo and brush out and with no appointment I was fit into a busy schedule. My stylist was also the owner and she made me feel right at home. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely be back. I just hope I make it a little easier on her next time. ?

I love the little town of Astor Florida. Across the street from the St Johns River is the Cut Above Salon. It was so nice to enter to a room full of smiles. I immediately noticed how clean and fresh it smelled. I have gotten a lot of horrible haircuts that left me looking like a giant mushroom. I'm happy to report no fungal hairstyles were executed. I left with a great cut a big smile on my face and I will definitely darken their door again.

You must go see Jenny for your nails and all of the girls are great cutting hair, but you should go check out the guy that does the massages, it was amazing!!
