Augusto is the best. I walk in there about 2 months ago. At first I couldn’t raise my arm above my head because my shoulder hurt really bad. I’m a retired Marine and unfortunately have had the need to seek help from multiple physical therapy (PT) clinics across the country over the years. For many reasons, Dade Physical Therapy is by far the best. The therapists take the time to listen, evaluate and develop a plan of care to help you work on and fully heal your condition as safely and rapidly as possible. Unlike other clinics, during each session the therapist spends time treating (ultrasound, heat, icing, dry needling, stretching, massaging, etc.), evaluating progress and supervising exercises. As you progress, they continue to adjust and guide your exercises. They stay with you on your whole journey to recovery and don’t just say, “Here’s your excises, let me know if you have any questions” as I’ve experienced in nearly all other PT offices. Also, they have friendly and energetic PT technicians who assist the therapist. They help you set up your exercises, monitor, ensure your safety and are there to answer any questions. Lastly, the front office is staffed by professional, knowledgeable and thorough staff who do their utmost to work with insurance companies, meet your scheduling needs and follow up with any other administrative issues to help you. This type of quality, hands on care takes time. If you expect to receive the outstanding care they can provide so do other clients, so it pays to be patient and flexible when scheduling and during your appointments. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will never go anyplace else.
