I have been seeing Dalia consistently since February of this year. I've been to therapy in the past and Dalia is hands-down the best therapist I have worked with. She listens attentively and actively engages in conversation. Dalia is genuine and our sessions are more like a dialogue than an interview, which makes me more comfortable. We talk about some heavy things and never have I felt judged or condemned. My husband, my family, and my friends have noticed my growth since working with Dalia. I see my growth too, which feels good. Eventually, my sessions will become farther apart but I am eternally grateful to Dalia and the safe space she creates.
