Dr. Engle is a great therapist who listens and offers great insight. I disagree with the previous one star review. Giving a provider the extremely bad review of one star because he allegedly failed to follow through on a commitment to send a letter is simply sour grapes, and has little to do with this skills as a therapist. I have found this counselor to be very good at his job. He also followed through on a commitment when I needed documentation about the counseling I was receiving. It is petty to present a provider as terrible because of a possible administrative error or a simple human oversight.

I came here with my fiance almost 10 months ago to get premarital counseling so my officiant would marry us. Dr. Dan agreed to send a letter after we finished 6 sessions with him, twice the normal amount, in October. I emailed him in January and March, and the beginning of May asking him to send the letter.

Dr. Dan then refused to answer my emails and now we're rushing to get marital therapy completed because if we don't have a therapists letter by May 11th, we don't have an officiant, and thus a wedding happening. This is a mess and it's his fault for not telling us he was going to bail on his duties last minute.
