I have no complaint with my Doctor but I waited over 75 minutes to see him. The staff never came to me to offer any explanation. Very poor patient interactions.

We went for the first time for my daughter. My daughter was very afraid, but when we went to the hospital, her fear went away. because all the staff were helpful and friendly. Every employee and doctor Aita explained the procedures they did in a way that we could understand. We left happily. Thanks

Dr Aita is a gem. He is caring and an excellent surgeon. You never feel rushed in an appointment. My wrist is very arthritic and we are planning to relieve the pain but still allow function. I trust him!

Very caring and skilled. I had to have complete trust to use a physician, especially for an injection. Dr.. Aita is a very skilled hand surgeon. He explained my symptoms as well as my options thoroughly while we viewed my X-rays.
He eventually performed CMC (thumb) replacement. I can now snap my fingers, do my crafting and even knit again.

Waited for an hour until I was escorted to a patient room by a nurse? After a few minutes with the nurse I was told to wait for the x-ray technician. The X-ray technician came in and escorted me to the X-ray room. Multiple X-rays were taken of my elbow and I was never even offered the standard lead blanket to cover the rest of my body. Dr. Aita entered the room a few minutes later accompanied by another person to whom I was never properly introduced. I assumed it was an intern or student. His attention seem divided between me and the other person. He asked me all the basic questions that I had previously filled out in the waiting room and it was as if he had no idea why I was there. He did not say a word about the X-ray results which he was supposed to have screened before he saw me. I felt the whole visit with Doctor Aita was very rushed. I felt like I was offering more information than he wanted. I explained what I had been doing lately to try and alleviate my symptoms. He did not say whether or not I should even continue those. I got a prescription to see a nerve doctor and was told that another medication was going to be called in to my Pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy a couple hours later but it was never called in.

This was my first visit and I believe I will be going back for a follow-up although those details were never really discussed. Hopefully my next encounter will be much more satisfying and productive.

This surgeon is excellent. My scar is next to nothing, all my hand functions returned to normal, the anesthesia is the best I've had in my life. Zero burn going in and your good. This surgeon does excellent work and the team around him is also excellent. Got both wrists fixed and a trigger finger. Great follow up too.
