The customer service given from my first call to my first intake appointment was top notch. It was extremely easy to book, even though my first choice was not accepting new patients. I was able to tell the rep my needs and they matched me with 3 possible therapists. After my first session, I can say that the whole experience was faster and much easier than other practices.
