The previous reviews are correct. Don’t let them fool you this practice is all about money and not the patient. I was going there and I always communicate with Lee there was a misunderstanding and they closed the door on me. They don’t care about their patients when you go there for the first time they are so nice and so good because they are trying to get you in the door but once you have the sessions if something happens or things are not the way they want it then they show their true colors and close the door on you. I never write reviews but it was important for me to do this so everyone is aware. I do not recommend this place at all.

My experience has been quite the opposite of the previous review. The front office has been very helpful and has gone out of their way to accommodate appointments with the counselor even when his schedule is very full. My counselor has been very helpful and I am grateful for his advice. Very professional and well educated. I highly recommend Bill Hogan.

I had my appointment cancelled twice for the same day. The first time, the front desk stated paperwork that was never told about was not filled out. New appointment was made, I filled out the paperwork and the morning of my appointment was cancelled again. Now my call is not being answered. Disappointed since I was looking forward to beginning sessions here.
