I had the worst experience today at this place. In the middle of the tense relationship I have with my husband these days , I finally convince him to go to marriage counseling and it was a terrible experience and very bad sense of humanity . We arrived at appointment 5 minutes past time , and we received phone call to tell us they were waiting , which when we arrived did not looked like since they gave us all the papers confused to fill, like they were not really ready and airing for us . I was charged in advance even before got our personal information which seemed too much just to be the 1st appointment but we agreed to all. Worst came after , we had our 3 and 9 yeas old kids since noone to babysit them, and little one asked for restroom. I asked the counselor for restroom and she said they were outside and did not know if restroom wetr open on Saturdays . My kid insisted that I had to run out of he office and found alternative solution since reatroom was closed . Once I was coming back I saw her , my other kid and my husband walking to the restroon and she had the KEYS in her hand . Which was very rude since she did not mention she had a key. I felt upset . My husband was already upset . Since older kid asked for restroom too and counselor asked my husband to leave the office since IF she was going to accompany to restroom he could not stay inside the office like he was going to steal something and on top there was another counselor there to watch over my husband inside the office. By the time lady counselor saw my husband reaction when he was telling me they were very rude and unprofessional on top of ask too much personal information. She started raising her tone of voice saying they didn't need us , they had LOTS of clients waiting and if we wanted to leave , just leave . They refunded the money and asked for the receipt . I gave back the receipt . But when we asked for the papers with our personal information they refused to return it . We just walked away and I am just hoping they don't use the information we gave since we did not even signed just started filling out. It took me weeks to convince my husband to go to counseling and we got into this , this just added extra stress and another fight to our already tense situation . These people is far far from being professional and wanting to help couples with problems.
