Communication regarding charges and breakdown of the charges were very unclear. I was never contacted regarding overages, and was surprised with a shocking bill at my daughter’s last visit. Please inform your clients the retainer does not cover the appointments, and your report. A few hundred dollars is understandable, anything more should warrant a phone call. Very disappointed.
