Cancel my membership! I’ve had to call several times and email and still nothing. I’ve been overcharged and it’s been six months with no response. I’ve called and emailed endlessly. Now I want to cancel my membership and I get the same BS runaround. DO NOT GO HERE! The doctors are great, the business is not.

Honestly, I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't For the staff. I had an appointment at 1:30 and they obviously called me an hour before not a day before and not the morning before to confirm even though they text me the day before and I didn't confirm. I asked the person on the phone, who was very rude by the way, if I could reschedule later in the day and she said, no, because the doctor was busy. So she said that she was going to charge me $60 and and I was torn because my employer was waiting for me. So I told her "okay, charge me" and this was before my appointment. So after I told my employer what happened, they told me I could have 5 minutes, so when I'm calling back, they refuse to pick up the phone.
And time goes by, and I couldn't do my appointment. I had a panic attack at my job and I truly wish that the staff wasn't very rude. Because the psychiatrists here are amazing. It was a woman, by the way, I remember seeing her there when I went in person and I didn't get a chance to talk to her.

I have just had my last appointment with Dr. Phelps at Delray Beach Psychiatry and I couldn’t be happier. I had my first appointment about 3 1/2 years ago. I had severe anxiety and was taking several daily medications. For the last year I haven’t taken any medication and have basically no anxiety. Dr Phelps was very caring and supportive throughout my treatment I would give him 6stars if I could.

Because of the multiple doctors I did try my luck again and had a very different experience with the receptionist. They were very courteous, professional and considerate. Enforcement of a $60 fee for late appointment does not encourage me to keep going back, however, and I am struggling.

Most of the front desk staff and Dr. Ferrera are the best. It's been so easy to schedule appointments, they always return the calls, the scripts are called in immediately and Dr. Ferrera knows her stuff. She's kind, compassionate and client centered. Thank you all.

Dr Phelps. Brilliant, compassionate, educated, friendly, but totally professional and stays current on all professional breakthroughs in therapy. His front staff, nursing staff Delia and Naven in the office are angels, very experienced and intuitive and so patient ! Seriously.
