I have been to many Doctors, Clinics, Therapists with my son for years. After our initial meeting with Nate Shanok Ph.D the director of Brain Science, I was immediately impressed. It’s rare to find a professional that combines such personal touches, wisdom and care for a patient. So appreciate his willingness to listen and to discuss the situation, the healing plan & my sons feelings without rushing us in and out of the office.You feel like a person not a number, he’s genuine and compassionate. I believe his patients are in good hands. We have been to other TMS Centers and there is no comparison. They are educated and follow the proper treatment protocols. The support staff, Sabrina & Clavencia are very friendly and knowledgeable and their guidance is appreciated. You are always taken within a few minutes of our scheduled appointment. Thank you to the team & remaining hopeful & positive!

I had TMS therapy at Delray Center for Healing. My experience was great! Nate who manages was wonderful as were the rest of the staff. They are well trained and very knowledgeable. All graduated with degrees in neuroscience. They really listened to what I had to say and responded accordingly.
The facility itself is well run, clean and appointments times are kept - no waiting around!
TMS is 36 sessions. Some people see results within a week and others need the full 36. The best thing is that IT WORKS!!! It took about 25 weeks and I feel like a new person.

I had TMS therapy at the Delray Center for Brain Science. I decided to try this therapy as traditional medications were not working for me. Initially I was contacted by Dr. Nate Shanok. Dr. Nate evaluated me and patiently explained in detail what to expect from the therapy. Dr. Nate and his entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all my needs. My appointments were always on time and scheduling was made simple as the staff accommodated any changes that were necessary during the weeks. I was greeted with a smile each and every session by the entire staff. It was a pleasure coming in for my therapy and the 36 treatments go by quickly. More importantly TMS has worked for me. I would highly recommend TMS therapy at the Delray Center for Brain Science. Thank you again Dr. Nate and your entire staff.

Would HIGHLY recommend this TMS center!!! Dr. Nate is extremely compassionate towards his patients and truly wants to see the best possible outcome for them. The staff were ALWAYS so kind and helpful, especially Sabrina!! I completed three TMS protocols and I most certainly have noticed a difference in my mental health! Plus, they are also dog friendly :)!! Overall, I am so grateful for TMS and this center/staff!!

Would highly recommend this TMS center !!! Dr. Nate is exceedingly knowledgeable,caring, patient and humble. A real pleasure to work with ! It took me about 20 sessions or so until I started to feel substantial amelioration which Dr. Nate approximated from the outset , although it differs from one individual to the next. Sabrina and Brittany , the technicians there,are super as well.Always cheerful,friendly,and caring ! They also typically ensure the appointments are on time.Naturally ,TMS is not a particularly comfortable experience lol but this Center and it’s staff certainly make it as comfortable is it can be . Overall 5++++ stars !!!!!!!

I am so grateful for the Delray Center for Brain Science & TMS Therapy! TMS therapy gave me back my life.

After stopping a prescription for Adderall which I was prescribed for 12 years I started having severe mood swings and panic attacks. In just 7 weeks every single aspect of my life is back on track and that is not an exaggeration.

Doctor Nate Shanok goes above and beyond for his patients and makes the process very comfortable. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable. Located on a side street in Delray there is very little traffic and parking in front of the building which makes it easy to get in and out.

TMS is the best thing since the wheel. I've had Treatment resistance Major Depressive Disorder for over 20 years and I have tried everything to help. I've never felt better. Dr Nate and the whole crew are top notch professionals. TMS treats many other things like anxiety, stop smoking, Athletic performance and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in TMS. The staff is very friendly and empathetic, and the treatment itself was life-changing for me. Another patient I spoke with told me that he found the engagement with the staff equally as fulfilling and beneficial as the treatment itself, and I whole-heartedly agree. Whether you want to have a pleasant chat with the technician during treatment to calm your nerves and pass the time, or sit in silence and listen to a music or a podcast, they are happy to accommodate your needs. TMS isn’t a perfect/complete cure for depression, but for me it has helped tremendously when nothing else ever has.
