Little to no change in my child after 5/6 month of therapy. No animals in therapy sessions even though advertised. Parking sucks. It is only to accommodate employees. Patients/family must park across the street where it says they will tow your vehicle if not shopping in that plaza, office is not in the plaza.

This practice suppressed the progress of my child because they could not commit to sending email confirmation to me. Who is a secondary contact because it is on my ex’s insurance so I am limited with access. I missed an intake of my own fault and accepted blame. Then I missed an appointment they said they would email me confirmation and never did. Their system says it was sent. Google servers prove that is false. Even though I could’ve fought and won in collections. I paid a $150 missed appointment fee so my daughter could continue counseling. Requesting only due to my limited access that I get an email confirmation of appointments I set because I live by my calendar that is synced to my email. So, they chose to walk away from a child in need due to not being able to honor the most simple of requests that should be standard for ANY medical practice. The owner of this place needs to look seriously at my communication and evaluate their position. They also misconstrued and misrepresented me when communicating with my ex wife causing an unnecessary argument. This practice is disappointing to neglect a child who needs help because of being stubborn and refusing to work with their customers paying for their services. I’m appalled and still quite angry. And I felt my request was well within reason. They apparently disagreed. Sad. Now I have to start over with my daughter.
