This was by far the most pleasurable dentistry experience I’ve had!
The front office staff, Karina and Sofia, were so kind and charismatic. They were also well prepared and there was no wait to be checked in or checked out.
Caitlin, the hygienist, provided the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable in every way possible.
Dr. Moshe was great! He had a clear and open conversation with me about my needs and never made me feel pressured to proceed with any further services.

Recently, I've found myself experiencing pain and discomfort on a 3 year old root canal, which I had done at this location by the previous doctor/owner. I've been coming to this location for years and I was surprised to find it is now under new ownership. Long story short, Dr. Moshe diagnosed me with an infected root canal and quickly got me on antibiotics, fit me into his busy schedule, and took care of me promptly and efficiently. My bite and crown feel better than my previous one and I'm extremely satisfied. I can't recommend him and his staff enough, professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Moshe & Staff are always sweet as can be and will take care of any questions/concerns you may have.

We have an good experience with the dentist and their team is the best! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr Lancaster’s practice is by far the best dentist office I’ve been to in years. Their front desk associate is super friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist is probably the best I’ve had. And Dr Lancaster is amazing and makes you feel at ease for any procedure with his positive and fun personality. I pray that I never have to ever go anywhere else in my lifetime.

Due to previous interactions with some not-so-great dentists in the past, I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. Unfortunately, I had some issues I could no longer ignore and was referred to Heathrow Family Dental.
Dr. Moshe went above and beyond to make sure I felt zero pain during a recent extraction of a severely infected/rotten tooth. I could not be more grateful or thankful to him, or his incredibly kind and gracious staff for helping me feel comfortable.

I drive all the way from Kissimmee to come here because the staff are friendly, there are 0 waits, and you get quality no nonsense dental care. If anyone is looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this office!
