This dentist office overcharged me by $240 for a visit on 12/18/2023. I discussed this issue Maria on several occasions to no avail. She insisted I was not overcharged. I reported the issue to my insurance company that determined that I was in fact overcharged by $240. Dentistry by Design was supposed to reimburse
me by 8/11/24 and to date 10/2 I have only received the run around. BEWARE with the billing practices at Dentistry by Design.

As someone who isn’t a “fan” of going to the dentist, my first visit here was amazing. Front desk staff, technician, hygienist, and doctor were superb. I really cant say enough good things. It’s not everyday you find a dentist office with this kind of customer service!! Thank you 🙏🏼🦷

Dr.Dennis and her team are very professional. Ara did my filling and they are great. Marie explained to me everything that I was getting bill for and what my insurance covered and didn't.

I'm tired of the lies I get each time I come in, I come for a simple cleaning, then every single time the Hygienist lies and says she did something special when she really doesn't do anything outside of a normal cleaning , so they can upcharge me for my visit. Then the lady up front with the stoned face always comes in mid cleaning to encourage the hygienist do extra things as well.

What got me even more upset was when I asked why I have to pay a high deductible , they explained to me it was because of my new insurance, the lady with the stoned face actually cracked a smile and said it's better for them because with this new insurance they get paid more out of the deal. The nerve somebody would rejoice in a thing like that in my face.

Anybody reading this make sure if you come to them to double check on what you're coming for that day, cause if you don't they're going to flip around the reason for your visit in order to get more money out .

Hands down the best dental experience i’ve ever had. I came to Dentistry by Design looking to transform a smile that I have spent my whole life hating. From the moment I walked in the door, Kathy made me feel welcomed. Ara and Dr. Gaton we’re absolutely incredible to work with & so incredibly knowledgeable. I’m actually sad that my procedure is over & I won’t get to spend time at the office. I’m switching to Dentistry by Design Greenacres for my General Dentistry after this experience. 11/10 recommend

Dr. Tovmasyan is amazing! My tooth broke last week and they got me in right away. Dr. Tovmasyan is super nice and clearly explains each step and what she is going to do next. Couldn't be happier with the result. She is very professional and honest, which is extremely important to me. The staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I also love the brand new upscale office - very modern and clean. She is my new dentist - highly recommended!
