All 3 of my boys have been seeing Wyatt off and on for almost 2 years. They started after the sudden separation and divorce between their Dad and I. Wyatt is amazing and has been an instrumental part of all of our recoveries. I'm so grateful to have a therapist that my boys trust and actually want to go to. I've also really appreciated how Wyatt has always taken my calls and listened to my concerns and helped to come up with solutions. This is a road I never planned on going down so I couldn't be more thankful for the help and guidance for my family.

Was really looking into going back into therapy. Everything from the intake and people I talked to on the phone, were super nice and got back to me super quick every step of the way. They set me up with Brittany who they thought would be a good fit. I had my session 10/6/23, though it was mainly intake session I went from nervous in the beginning to feeling like this the place for me. I already have my second appointment book! thank you guys and Brittany.

Edit: I have had 3 appointments, and so far so good. Brittney listens and has given good advice. Our last session she gave me Homework and it has really helped me so far.

EDIT EDIT:(LOL) Brittney has sense left and they have put me with Brianna and its been fantastic as well. Sometimes you never know when you have to switch but shes been great to! the front desk is super friendly as well!

This review is long overdue and an absolute pleasure to give. Our daughter was diagnosed with Anorexia two years ago. She was really bad and we were at a loss on what to do. We discovered the Mind over Body Center at Desert Marriage & Family Counseling, and I can say it literally saved her life! Every one of the counselors there are fantastic. We had previously tried therapists who had only worked with general aspects like depression and family issues. They couldn’t help our daughter with her food related condition because they just didn’t have the expertise. This facility does! The counselors are trained and truly care. They immediately took our daughter in and helped her through her recovery process. They taught not only our daughter; but, worked with myself and her dad and sister as well to teach us all the tools we needed to help her during and after her recovery. Kelly, Chantea, Raylene, Wyatt, and so many others at the center are truly dedicated to helping those struggling with eating disorders. They were able to help us through all aspects of the recovery process including referring us to anyone else we needed for help in her treatment. (Doctors, Hospital Care, etc) Even though she is in recovery now, they still help us whenever needed. They truly care for her and all the people they help. If you or someone you love is suffering from any type of eating disorder, I highly recommend Mind over Body. They gave us our daughter back! We will forever be grateful.

Kelly and her whole group of counselors are amazing people! They helped my daughter and our family after others could not help. This is due to their ability to look at you as an individual and not a number. Kelly truly cares for the people she counsels. We felt as if we were her family through the whole process. I was able to reach her at almost anytime when I need help or guidance in a situation. I can not say enough about Kelly's whole team and the care and healing they provided. I refer people without any hesitation knowing they will be given the best care in the valley!

She told me to get a job and that would make all of my problems go away. Not to mention, I was not listened to, at all.

Don't see this excuse of a therapist. Wasted money.

Not sure how the counseling services are....never got past the phone receptionist who was rude. I sent an online request to set up a consultation and heard nothing...when I called to inquire the receptionist rudely told me that she did not ever check the web. When I asked why then did they have it, she again rudely replied that she didn't set it up so it wasn't her problem. Not sure I want to work with this group if you can't even get a caring response from the receptionist.
