This location is absolutely ? Awesome, The Dr's and staff are Amazing Caring, knowledgeable and this location is always neat and clean. Thank you for all you do. ❤️ God bless you all and may you continue with great success ? ? and as for the negative things said about Sonia Capo ( untrue ! She's an amazing nurse!!!

Super busy, but still efficient. Greeted right away by reception, masks available, watched nursing staff take care of patients bringing them back, even carried her purse. Nice to see “true health care” rather than standing there annoyed because someone takes too long. Good job

The receptionist were really nice , thank you . The nurse Sonia Capo very unprofessional female . I can’t recall what we had asked but her response in Spanish to my grandmother was “entonces para que me preguntas” as a medical assistant student , we are taught better . DO BETTER or find a job you are passionate about .

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I was surprised at how quickly I got in to see the doctor. The waiting room was at half capacity but patients were called in order of arrival quite quickly since they have so many examining rooms. Very impressed with the care I got.

I've been here at least 4 times and each experience has been as pleasant as it can be when you going through the health issues your here for. The staff really works hard to address your needs and the doctors and nurses are very attentive. I 100% recommend this place

The urgent care itself if great. The doctors and nurses are wonderful and caring. One of the best urgent cares in the Valley.
The billing dept on the other hand is a joke and horrible to work with. I pay a copay then I don’t end up having one and it is hell trying to get a hold of someone to get your money back. When it states they will get a hold of you by the next business day it is false. You trying calling multiple times daily and nothing. If you go here I suggest ask them to bill your insurance first and bill you later. It’s crazy how if you owe them they want your money right now but if they owe you they do everything in their power not to return calls or refund you your money.
Makes me not want to go to any place that deals with Desert Oasis because of their incompetent billing department.

Kid friendly. Best Drs for kids.. My kids love coming here. Good Dr's they are very informative and on it. They seem to know more. They make them balloons out of gloves and draw faces on them and spoil them with candy. They also draw blood and take x Rays for you so you don't have to drive to other places. I rather come here then wait for his ped Dr's.

The staff was very kind. My nurse, Maggie, was the best. Patient, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I greatly appreciated seeing both doctors while there. Very thankful I was able to come here.
