What an amazing group of people. My son has been receiving their full spectrum of services since 2020. His current team of therapists (Ellen, Nicole, and Nate) are consummate professionals, highly dedicated, caring, and go above and beyond to ensure top quality care is provided. A special shout out to Megan too! They are an integral part of of my son’s life and I highly recommend this agency to families raising special children. Thank you DVPT?

My son has been coming here for a couple years, completely nonverbal and Lindsey C has been amazing. She makes each speech session interesting and fun while practicing his sounds. It has been wonderful to watch my son go from nonverbal to nonstop talking. We have also seen Jessie in OT and she has been wonderful- always addressing our needs and noticing ways he can improve his fine motor skills. I am so thankful for the team at Desert Valley Pediatric Therapy.

We have been coming here for almost a year now. My son sees Nicole for OT and he adores her! Nicole is an awesome OT and has helped my son come a long way over the past year. I love the way Nicole designs her sessions and interacts with my son. She is always ready to answer my questions and share useful information with me.

Deducting one star as I think the communication with clients could be improved (things like office policies and waitlist status). We were/are on the wait-list for many months without any update.

We’ve been waiting for a good provider for my daughter for a year and a half. Desert Valley has been answer to prayer: their providers are extremely professional, LISTEN to their patient’s families(my daughter is non-verbal), and send us home with lists and activities we can do to aid in the therapy process. Lindsey(SLP), Meagan(PT), and Brittni(OT),
are absolutely fantastic at their jobs and it is quite apparent that they love what they do.

This place is a whole train wreck. My son started here for speech therapy and within 2 months his therapist quit. They didn’t even tell me there was a replacement for her his therapist told me. So we schedule with her and the first day we come in to see her they decided to terminate with Aetna insurance for 2024. So I called and told them I’d like to cancel for next year since I can’t pay out of pocket for his visits and asked for his medical records so we can send them to a new place and get him set up for next year. Well they said they will need to make a password to send the documents via email they’d call me back. Never called me back. So we show up for his next appointment and I figured I’d ask then. We get there and they’ve canceled all of his appointments for the rest of the year and his therapist was not in. So after a long period of back and forth they add him on with another therapist. So we see her then she changes the times. Then we get an email to reschedule. Basically this place has had zero consistency with my son and I’m so glad he is moving next year.

The office is very nice and clean. Wait rooms are never packed. Wait times are minimal to none. The evaluation was very thorough. The front desk is polite and friendly. We saw Casey for Speech therapy and Courtney for Occupational therapy. Upon our first appointment with Casey she impressed me with not just her insight and experience but also her ability to understand my son’s speech which is extremely difficult to understand by our close friends and family. She made out every hum and mumble into words. It was so nice to finally have someone who could understand his abilities beyond what was on the surface. With every appointment my son made progress and she was so incredibly patient with him. She even shared her forms with us to practice at home. Highly recommend her for your speech services.
For Occupational therapy we saw Courtney who also was very sweet kind and patient. She was extremely equipped with many activities that targeted different areas of focus and ability. When my son grew with frustration she was so patient and kind. She was able to redirect how different ways to complete each task at hand. She never forced anything and was able to give me life changing insight on ways to help my child to cope with his frustrations with sensory input. Hes made so much progress and ever since has had better coping skills that we take with us everywhere. I have lived in 4 different states and with all them combined she is the best occupational therapist we have ever seen. Highly recommend her for your services. Thank you Courtney and Casey for your dedication to my Adrian. We love you guys

Outstanding clinic overall. The front desk is very friendly. They have a smiling face. They would always say hi and bye to my son. Speech Path Ms Andrea is an exceptional therapist. She has the knack and skill to hold my son's attention for an entire hour. She is very focused on child's success and happiness. My son is progressing and am more excited how far he will progress in the coming months.I feel lucky to have her as my son's therapist! Thanks Desert Valley!

I have been on the waitlist at this clinic for my child since beginning of 2022 after a referral from my pediatrician. Never received a callback. Since then, I had applied for, gone through two rounds of evaluations and received services for my child directly through the school district — which says a lot about this place.
