Review of Discovery Point Trinity: A Warning to Concerned Parents

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with Discovery Point Trinity to help other parents make an informed decision. Despite their claims of having a structured schedule, it quickly became apparent that this was not the case. The environment was chaotic and disorganized, and the supposed "schedule" was not followed at all.

The quality of the meals provided was also unacceptable. My child was served a lunch consisting of just one triangle of a quesadilla and canned peaches, with the juice from the peaches soaking into the rest of the food. This is far from a nutritious or appetizing meal for any child.

Even more concerning was the lack of engagement and supervision from the teachers. During my visit, I observed that the staff were more interested in their phones than in interacting with or teaching the children. This level of neglect is simply unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I witnessed a staff member handling a child, who appeared to be under 15 months old, in a rough manner. This kind of behavior is not only inappropriate but also dangerous.

The director and receptionist were equally disappointing. They were rude, condescending, and completely dismissive of my concerns once they had my payment. It was clear that they prioritized money over the well-being of the children and the concerns of the parents.

We felt utterly let down by Discovery Point Trinity. I strongly advise against visiting this facility. There are far better options out there where your child's well-being and your concerns will be genuinely valued.

As a new mom Daycare can be scary but Discovery Point Trinity has made the transition so easy. My son loves going to daycare everyday and always has a smile on his face when I drop him off and pick him up. The staff is so friendly and caring for all the kids it’s such a nice environment to be apart of.

I can’t say enough good things about Discovery point! It’s like a second home. From the very first day to now end of VPK, my daughter has had a fantastic experience with everyone at the daycare including the amazing and dedicated leadership of Ms Aki and Ms Jessica. Me and my family absolutely love this daycare! My son started here at 8 months after we pulled him out of his last daycare that we didn’t like. The place is always so clean, the teachers are amazing and caring! Special shoutout to Miss Debbie in the infant room, she is so friendly and has a heart for children, I am very happy to be placing my 3 month old here knowing he will be with her! Finally a daycare I don’t have to worry about my babies all day

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and teachers at Discovery Point Trinity! Our son started going there for his VPK year and my husband and I wish we would have made the move from his previous school a lot sooner. Luckily, we’re expecting our second child, due in early August, so I’m sure we’ll be back soon enough. ?

To Ms. Aki, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Jennifer, and especially his teacher Ms. Melissa (and anyone else I’m missing because there’s so many amazing people there), thank you so much for caring for our son over the past year, as well as teaching him to be the best he can be, and so much more!

The time, care and consideration they provide everyday is unmatched—all the way from group education, one-on-one learning, social awareness, personal safety and STEAM enrichment AND Sports/Extracurricular opportunities that come TO their location!!
