I'm posting for my wife, she has been battling cancer for 2 years now, she was dismissed from this facility and they threaten her they would call the police if she didn't leave, so my wife went too the police station and filed a complaint against them, they said she had some one call the new doctor at her home, when my wife's primary asked contacted them they refused too respond. My wife has probably had two traffic tickets in her whole life with an impeccable work history and would never do that. After surgery too remove part of her lung , and aggressive chemo she is still fighting this today , I find this clinic very strange to cut a person off pain meds for no reason, she always passed her urine screens, something funny going on at this establishment. She continues to get her pain meds from a normal establishment thank God. Be careful here

The rating is solely for the front desk. The receptionist is unhelpful and lazy and died not communicate properly. She asked me to arrive 1/2 hour before the actual appointment start. In that time she should’ve been been taking in the paperwork required for a new patient, I. E., Referral and lab tests. Instead, she asked me to wait inside the room where my healthcare provider would be, although in fact, he was out to lunch for the next half hour. She never informed me that he was out to lunch and did not take the paperwork, requiring the health care provider to process it himself cutting into my patient time She is not competent for her front desk job.

I went to the drs office today. I have been coming here for almost 10 yrs and I never failed a drug test but a few months ago they changed my medication to oxycodone from Hydrocodone. They claimed I failed the last 3 drug tests for Hydrocodone when I’m taking oxycodone. How is that possible they will not explain to me why. Just saying that they have to discharge me and can’t write me any more scripts. I have had MRI’s to prove my back is messed up. I’m considered to have chronic pain.Im considering talking to a lawyer because this is not right to do this to a long time patient

DNA center has so many people with false positive drug tests? I bet many more than has posted. They did this to me also. After 15 years of going to pain doc in Illinois and 5 yrs here with this clinic. No problems ever. I’m on dialysis and started using mouth swabs and they kept coming up positive for fentanyl. I’ve never used fentanyl in my entire life. I wouldnt use anything that would cause me to lose my medication. I personally think a lot of their tests are faulty, what else could be the reason so many patients are coming up positive when it shouldn’t be I feel they are doing it on purpose to get rid of patients. The new doctor that took over doesn’t want that many people coming there. They should be wondering if something is wrong on their end. It’s worse than unfair what they’ve done to people. I offered to do a blood test or urine test and they wouldn’t let me, then they act like they never knew you. DNA maybe the problem is with your tests? You’ve also ruined peoples reputations.

I am a retired nurse and I have severe lumbar/sacral pain, due to spondylosis and compressed nerves, along with sciatica. I called the center three different times and the woman who does scheduling is the rudest person I've encountered for a long time. On the first call, she took my name and number and said she would call back . That never happened. The second time we spoke, she told me I needed a referral from my doctor. I got the referral and called again today, and this time she told me that I need all of the documentation from my last six PCP visits. I can't understand why she didn't tell me this when she mentioned the referral. All I was wanting was physical therapy and possibly acupuncture. I do not take narcotics and try to manage my pain with Tylenol. After reading these reviews, I am so thankful that her rudeness prompted me to Google. I'm not sure how these people stay in business. Thank you everyone for your honest reviews.

When I came to the DNA center as a first-time client, I was guided to the right place by a very nice lady in the lobby that took me all the way to the physical therapy door. I was then introduced to Doctor Richard Fuentes. He was very kind and Professional right away. He discovered my problem after a few questions that he asked me. I was very impressed with his knowledge and immediate evaluation of my problem, and he started to work on my source of pain as he tried to evaluate the cause. I was really amazed at how well he made me feel by stretching the exact area of where my pain started. He also gave me “homework” exercises to do at home before my next visit. He was very informative, detail oriented and very gentle with his treatment. He shows great understanding and experience of pain management in the sport arena and knew how to approach chronic pain very well. His treatment provided a lot of relief and I felt much better when I left, than when I came less than an hour before. I couldn’t thank Dr Richard enough for his great, and to the point treatment! I’m glad I came to this place after being in another physical therapy place that didn’t really improve my condition after 10 times that I was there. The DNA center, especially Dr Richard, was like a miracle man after just one time! They also have a cold laser therapy that’s hard to find anywhere close by. He can even provide dry needle therapy which is rare as well! I’m very much looking forward to coming again to my next visits and do the work. DR Richard, is the BEST physical therapist that I’ve ever encountered in Volusia County, FL! He’s really a blessing to this facility and an outstanding Dr that really cares about his patient's well-being. If I could give him more that 5 star score, I would do it in a heartbeat! He’s definitely a Pro in this field hands down!!! Danielle is super helpful with getting the process started. She is a helpful lady and makes you feel at home!

My mom is a patient here and we love it. Though everyone we’ve encountered has been great, Loren (NP) has been exceptional! She’s passionate, caring and her customer service is impeccable. Knowing my mom is in good hands here warms my heart.
