Down Dog Sedona

Highly recommend Down Dog Sedona and yoga instructor Kelly Alford! From the minute we found DDS to host a private yoga session at our Airbnb, the communication and booking with Elle was easy and smooth! Kelly came fully prepared with yoga mats for all and was full of beautiful energy, and was an absolute joy to have as our instructor. Kelly skillfully and seamlessly led our family yoga class, ranging in experience levels and age from 5 to 72 years old(!), keeping us all engaged and focused throughout the entire class, capturing each of our interests. It was truly an experience that we all gained from, and icing on the cake for our family vacation. Thank you, Kelly and Down Dog Sedona! An experience our family will never forget!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of going on a trail and vortex hike with Everett. He was awesome. His knowledge of everything Sedona was impressive and highly educational. He was very friendly and personable. He took us to an out of the way trail ? where the only sounds we heard were those of nature and the views were awe inspiring. I would definitely recommend looking them up if you're planning on taking a trail hike.

My experience with Down Dog Sedona was incredible. I went on a hike and did some yoga at Red Rock State Park with Everett. He was awesome! We had great conversation, he was extremely knowledgeable about the park and also Sedona in general, and he made this experience magical, peaceful, and unforgettable! Highly recommend experiencing a sound bath with Everett. This was my 7th sound bath but my first time with a male. Everett made us feel comfortable and safe. He was really nice, giving us recommendations around Sedona and even let us try out the bowls. He starts with a little background of how he got into it and the science behind it. This was the first time I’ve been requested to face away from the bowls so my ears are closer to the sound; makes a lot of sense but usually asked to face towards the bowls so that was a new approach I appreciated. Easy to find location and plenty of parking.

My wife and I were in Sedona for a few-days getaway, and booked a 2-hour private hiking/yoga/guided meditation session with Everett. What a special and memorable experience this was. Everett couldn’t have picked a more beautiful and untouched place, with unbelievable sunrise views of the red rocks. He was enjoyable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would rate his work 6 stars if I could. Job well done

Eve was the nicest guide! He picked us up at the hotel and took us on a private tour on a trail that is unique! We got to feel and measure the energy pulling , amazing landscapes, almost no other tourists on the trail ( even though it was memorial day) and connect with nature. He also took the best pictures of my friend and I and explaines the science behind the so called “Vortex” in Sedona. Fully Recommend!!
