I cannot imagine a better day care. Our daughter is now enrolled for 2 years and she is so happy at KinderCare. Passing through 3 classrooms we have experienced several care takers. All were super qualified and very devoted to the children. And it really shows in the happiness of the children. Our daughter loves going to Kindercare and we love taking her to KinderCare. The daycare is extremely well managed and there is such a nice and positive atmosphere.

I joined the wait list before my daughter was born. Cassandra worked with us. We learned a half a year later that there was one step in the process that wasn't completed. We asked if Cassandra could put us back on the waitlist from the date we first went through the process. Cassandra had no sympathy. Since then, we've been waiting to come off the waitlist. We know others who were taken off the waitlist even from application after we were properly in the system. We've called KinderCare several times, but been blown off. There has been no follow up from them. Overall, this was a bad experience.

One day my daughter wanted to go to restroom during the nap time. She asked the Director JANISE TOMPKINS to take her to the restroom. The Director JANISE told my daughter she already had too many kids wanting to go to restroom and could not take more. My daughter was even told: “Don’t lie to your teacher, just because you don’t want to sleep during nap time. I know you just want to go outside to play.”

My daughter told the Director JANISE she really wanted to pee and begged the Director JANISE to please allow her to use restroom immediately. The Director JANISE still did not listen to my daughter after my daughter's persistence.

After the kids were back to the classroom, the Director JANISE left the classroom immediately. It seemed like She completely ignored my daughter's request of going to restroom.

Later my daughter couldn’t bear any more and peed to her pants.
