My husband and I were lucky enough to attend an intimacy couple's retreat with Dr. April Brown at Peace Retreat in Costa Rica. She is so knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. She gets to the root of any issue and gives you new and helpful tools to use, while creating a path towards positive change. She helped my husband and I understand each other better, and helped us work through 12 years of unresolved issues. I can confidently say that she helped save our marriage. I am truly grateful for all Dr. Brown has done for me and my family.

Having Dr. April as a therapist is a breath of fresh air. Definitely the 1st session I have ever had where i did not feel judge or left feeling worse. She goes above and beyond and I can really appreciate that. My husband and I are both amazed from how educated she is and the information we were given to better not only ourselves but our relationship. I love my sessions with Dr. April. She is very kind and considerate and makes me feel at home. She counsels in a non- judgemental manner allowing me to remain autonomous in care and decision making. I have been seen by her for a year and a half and I will say that I am a much better person because of her guidance. Highly recommended therapist.

Dr. Brown was very unprofessional. I do not recommend her for any advice, especially in any relationship advice. She has been reported to the state board. Counseling via cellphone Impersonal at least. Save your money, people. It's simple.
