It took decades to find the right cocktail for me. I began my attempts 23 years ago and have been seeing Dr Edson for 7 years. Every year improved and for the last 4 we have only had to make minor changes.

He is always concerned about how each drug would interact with another, about how different drugs would effect my weight; so many factors. I am a curious person and I like to understand such matters, he takes the time to explain everything to me.

It is rare to find empathy in the world but when it comes to medical specialists it barely, if even exists.

Dr Edson has no God Complex. He truly listens to everything you feel and think. He uses what you say to inquire further as to fully grasp the situation at hand.

Dr Edson gave me the respect of being a partner in the development of a treatment plan that works.

I am blessed to have come across his office and to have remained a long time and loyal patient.

Dealing with a crisis and feeling hopeless, Dr Edson and Joan are wonderful, professional and to the point. Relieved there are doctors like Dr. Edson who know how to care and treat each patient as we are all wired differently.

Dr. Edson, wonderful and caring doctor. Office staff, specifically Joan, incredibly rude. Why doctors do not realize that they get reputations based on not only their care but the care they receive from the support staff I do not understand.

Takes minimum of 1-2 weeks for approval of new medication because of communication that is required between the insurance company and the office. This causes treatment to be delayed jeopordizing patient care.

They never answer the phones or respond to repeated voicemails that are left. The check in door is slammed shut on your face when you are waiting on an appointment thus making you late for your appointment with the doctor. Rudeness is not a strong enough word.

PLEASE Dr. Edson pay attention to the business side of your practice. I give the doctor a 5 rating the staff a -5.

Dr. Edson has been my doctor for many years. I have had a lot of up and downs and he helped me through all of them. He a great doctor and he listens and cares.

While Dr. Edson is a great doctor, his staff is absolutely horrible. I called to reschedule my husbands appt and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, she spoke over me and eventually hung up on me---all because I wanted to reschedule an appointment. I wish I could give 0 star.
