I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Arvon. I have seen many therapists throughout my life but no one has moved the needle quite like she has. She treated me like family in the sense that she proved a safe positive environment as well as gave me tough feedback when I needed it. Only negative is like everyone else, it seems like she does have some struggles with staffing and it can be a pain to get in contact with the office sometimes, but once I was established and had my regular appointments set up it was well worth it. Don't let this small hiccup deter you from allowing her to change your life.
