I am 34 years old and I have a herniated disc and two pinched nerves in my neck. I completed the spinal decompression, with chiropractic care and laser for healing for the six week process. I was nervous because as a single mom three times a week for six weeks was a big commitment, but. These people genuinely want to help you feel better. Their attendants up front, Kathy and Janell became my friends through their encouraging smiles and laughter. They made healing more comfortable for me. Dr Jack tells it like it is and his experience and communication tactics were so digestible I was able to trust him much quicker than I usually do. His wife Suzanne, tenderly checked in and we spoke of family and friends through my recovery and I received great results ! Highly recommend this whole team !

I have been going to Dr. Jacks practice every other week for years. Dottie the massage therapist is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I nearly fall asleep every time I get a massage and that is very difficult for me to do. She concentrates on problems areas and you get off her table feeling relaxed and refreshed. Dr. Jack is very thorough and doesn’t want to see his patients in pain. He does everything in his power to help you. The girls out front are knowledgeable and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jacks practice for all your chiropractic needs.

Dr. Jack and his wife Susan have truly created a family atmosphere here. You aren't just a transaction at this office, they take time their time and listen. Their front office ladies will brighten anyone's day and Ms. Dottie their massage therapist is top notch. I can't say enough good things about Ms. Dottie, she got me back on my feet and active again after a bad accident. Would recommend Dr. Jack's office to anyone.

I would like to relay my thanks to Miss Dottie, Dr Jack and his kind staff, for the professional service that my wife and I have received over the past 5 yrs. I have been to multiple chiropractors and massage therapists throughout my life, having had multiple surgeries stemming from work and sports. Miss Dottie asked questions from the beginning to help with my therapy. Over the first year, I gained flexibility and rotation, that surgical doctors said I'd lost forever. We were so please with Miss Dottie abilities and my progress, we followed her from another chiropractic office, to continue our therapy. Coupled with Dr Jack working steadily to correct my alignment. Miss Dottie is by far the best massage therapist I've seen over the last 25yrs. Dr Jack works hard to keep my 6'05", 265 frame in line. My wife has always been hesitant reference chiropractors but has settled in quite well with Dr Jack and Miss Dottie. Thanks for everything, they are professional group of people.

I have read a recent review of an attack on Dottie’s character and professional services and feel compelled to speak out on my experience as I have been seeing Dottie and Dr. Jack for over 3 years. I have always received professional services from everyone at Dr. Jacks from Naomi at the front desk, to Dottie getting a massage, to Dr. Jack doing my adjustments.
Dottie has always been cognizant of my needs and of making sure that the pressure she applies is comfortable for me (she repeatedly asks during our session). She has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am most comfortable during my session, engaging in meaningful conversations the entire time. Dottie is a consummate professional that prioritizes my needs and comforts at all times and I could not be happier with her services.

I have never had so much as an inappropriate conversation with Dottie or anyone else in this office, never left with a bruise and have always felt that my quality of life has been improved as a result of services. Thank you Dottie, Naomi, and Dr. Jack for rendition of exceptional services to myself and my wife!

So where do I begin? The caring and friendly staff? Suzanne’s relentless ability to NOT give up her goal of helping you feel better and get to the root of your pain. The very clean and quaint office building that houses Dr. Jacks Chiropractic Care and all of their state of the art equipment? Or maybe I should just say “They honestly care about their patients and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure you receive excellent care.”
Suzanne is top notch on the heat laser. I am so thankful I was referred to her by two people that I know and trust...she is amazing and has so much knowledge to share. It was a little bit of a hike for me since I live in Gainesville although after that first appointment I knew I made the right decision. I highly recommend Dr. Jack’s to anyone who appreciates quality care and good old fashioned honesty. You will be so happy you decided to put your trust in Dr. Jack’s Chiropractic Care.
