I was very impressed with the kindness the courtesy extended to me. I was treated like a person in pain, not as a $ sign. Registration staff really helpful to me, patient with me. Humourous with me. Medical staff really appreciate the effort they took to diagnose my rotator cuff injury. Compassionate every step. Explain to me in simple terms,even tho I speak medical terminology. First time in a long time I have been treated kindly by medical staff. Very happy to have found this clinic and the group of orthopedic staff

You are excellent Dr. Alent, you gave me a thorough examination. I am so thankful that I went to the clinic, and not to the hospital.Your staff are kind and efficient. The facility was very nice and we didn’t wait long. I’m very upset with Twin Lakes because for three days we were trying to get an MRI and they say that they don’t have the orders. My husband took off today, hoping we can get an MRI this afternoon. Please can you help us?

The facility is great, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The computers went down so, the wait was extensive. Kate the nurse was apologetic for the wait and quick to take action once able. The X-ray tech was rough when positioning my husband’s arm for the X-rays. Dr Alent was friendly, professional, thorough , informative, and patient. Overall, I would recommend this practice.

From The time I entered the office building, I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff!
There was a very short wait and I was taken in within 10 minutes of my completed check-in. X-ray was completed within a few minutes. Dr. Alent came in and went over my x-ray and did some movements on my knee and we discussed the proper treatment! Dr. Alent is very professional, caring and supportive! I wanna personally thank Dr. Alent for his kindness and service!!

Everyone from the front desk ladies, to the clinical team and to Dr. Alent were absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable the whole time and felt like they all really cared. I was seen immediately in the walk-in clinic and had imaging done right there. And I even got an immediate followup appointment scheduled. Definitely the easiest place I've gone for care and I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Dr. Alent.

I walked in for lower back pain due to sneezing 🤧. I had to wait about a hour and a half but the assistant at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Dr. Alent was straight forward and thorough. He sent me home with a packet of exercises to do. Overall a great experience

I went to the Orthopedic Clinic with elbow pain as an out of state “snowbird”. I was able to get an Immediate appointment; was seen on time, had X-rays, diagnosis, care and follow up plan immediately and efficiently. The staff is friendly, efficient and goes above and beyond. Dr Alnet at the Orthopedic Clinic was able to see and treat me as a walk-in patient. I was so grateful for the thorough care the clinic offered after breaking my arm in 3 places and being misdiagnosed and bounced around from urgent care, to the ED with no follow-up or support. As a new Floridian I struggled to navigate the Healthcare system and no one called or informed me about my diagnostic test results when I left urgent care or the ED. But Dr Alnet and the staff at The Orthopedic Clinic took care of all my needs. They had an xray machine in-house, and explained my injury thoroughly, and help set up a follow-up appointment! I felt totally cared for. I highly recommend The Orthopedic Clinic for emergency purposes, physical therapy or surgical needs! Thank you kindly for putting the 'care' back in Healthcare!
