Jill Bressler was appointed by the court to oversee the care of my granddaughter during a divorce situation. Months later, Bressler also took the child's 25 year old half sister as a private patient. This has led to a horrible conflict of interest situation which is very harmful to the 9 year old child and to the parents. I recommend having NOTHING to do with this therapist.

I am a doctor myself. I have a degree and psychological training. Dr. Bressler was court appointed by the court at the request of myself. I fought for years to get an objective viewpoint.
Dr. Bressler has not only been completely dissatisfactory, Much like other mirrors she has been counterproductive. She is highly subjective. She does not follow through on her word. She does not follow court instructions. And frankly I believe she should receive disciplinary action. I would strongly urge anyone to look elsewhere.

Dr. Bressler has been an outstanding, compassionate, attentive and most importantly, professional support for myself and my young child as we navigate some difficult family struggles. She is thoughtful and considerate in her work which, will by its' very nature, often entails families in conflict entwined with emotional pain - a very difficult terrain for any professional to navigate, and she has done an exemplary job in helping me through some trying times. I feel supported and guided in a very positive way in our work together and I know that foremost, she holds the well-being of my child as paramount. Highly recommended!

I completely agree with the other negative reviews. Bressler is completely unprofessional and unethical. We selected her as our court ordered parent coordinator at the recommendations of two professionals in our case, which have now apologized numerous times for recommending her and said they will NEVER refer to her again. She was constantly attempting to take on additional roles and the attorneys kept having to put her in her place (which she ignored every time.) She constantly requested to see our minor child (which she did multiple times with the father, this was detrimental to our 6yo's mental health.) She was not supposed to involve our child at all! When speaking with other professionals in our case, she completely ignored their input and disrespected them. She lied so bad on the stand, that in one hearing, my son's court ordered doctor walked out of the court room. Prior to this emergency hearing she had been MIA for months, not responding to case management, attorneys, the father or myself. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this "doctor" as possible. Feel free to contact me for more details and/or supporting documents of these statements.

Dr. Bressler is biased and is tied to attorney networks in sarasota to push the favorable outcome for those attorneys. There is a lot of inside trading that goes on between her and those attorneys. She is unethical and violates patient privacy laws. She has complete disregard for patient safety mentally and physically.
