Doctor is amazing and super passionate about his job. His staff is something else, very rude and zero customer service. When we changed the insurance they pretty much told us to call our insurance and figure out if they accept it; they want to do zero work. I forgot the lady’s name but it’s hard to miss it. The manager is nice but the other lady is something else.

I have 3 boys and we have seen Dr. Akerman for 11 years now ever since my first one was born.
He has the best prognosis, best side manners and best energy. My kids love him and we wouldn't go to any other Dr. Trust him implicitly.

Excellent Doctor! He is very dedicated, professional and always gives the exact diagnose. I have three kids. The first started seeing him 22 years ago! Now she is taking her newborn daughter. We have recommended this great pediatrician to all our friends and family over the years. They all love him, so much so that my kids trust him as much that they always want to see him whenever they get sick. He always returns afyer hour calls very attentively and provides recommendations. We started seeing him when living in Hallandale and just started his practice. Has always been very knowledgeable even back then. We have been living in Coral Springs more than 15 years and still continue to take them there. I feel so lucky to have the trust you need to place your kids in great hands. Dr. Akerman is the BEST doctor ever and his office staff is always friendly and helpful. He is completely dedicated to his patients and to his craft, always keeping up on the latest studies and discoveries, and sharing his knowledge with the parents. When you have a question or concern about your child's health, he personally calls back and patiently and thoroughly answers all of your questions. I wished more doctors were like him!

Doctor Akerman Is very good doctor, but his team is terrible, specially the receptionist and the manager , they have terrible customer service and are very rude. Unfortunately not taking there my kids any more.
