I met Marino 15 years ago when I was in active addiction and he's been a part of my recovery journey ever since. Even though I'm no longer a client, he has shown me on multiple occasions that support is just a phone call away. I've taken him up on it and even gone to his office in Miami and he continues to treat me like family with love, respect and compassion. My parents and I are so grateful to have met Marino.

Attention all prospective clients: I wish to provide a warning about this bald headed fraud of a Dr. This moron HAS to be called out for how full of it he is underneath the facade. I starting seeing him years ago because my folks were concerned about my use of marijuana. I have a long standing depressive disorder. Anyways Marino is a character. He is an example of someone who looks to profit off people s suffering more than the drug dealers themselves. He is or was a cocaine addict. He would proudly and openly say he went from selling dope to selling hope. He will exploit his clients in very sly fashion.He probably stays sober by seeing his clients suffer and learns from their mistakes. He has his bro employed there and believe me when I say they are out to get everything they can get. He is charming, but arrogant, fleeting, and can excuse his actions through his Dr label. I encourage people to not be deceived by him, cuz he is happy to profit and learn from your suffering! After I left a review, I get a reply from him saying he has no idea who I am. He is lying straight out of his shiny bald head. He claims he never saw or spoke with me when that is blatantly false. What maybe true is he chooses to forget, when its convenient for him. Like another reviewer said, he is very unprofessional and knows he can get away with a great deal. He used to say that he used to go to sleep with gun oil in his mouth cuz he was on the verge of blowing his brains. Then he settled into his narcissistic persona and started profiting off other addicts and substituted his drug use, with exploiting others. I'm saying in all sincerity that he is a master manipulator and is not too be trusted. The truth is that he wants and needs people to be on drugs, or he has no livelihood and would be a used car salesman, which essentially he is, just with drugs.

My relationship with Marino has laid the foundation for honest self appraisal and taking responsibility for my life in recovery from addiction. Please save your time and money and avoid this doctor. He is very unprofessional (I mean what real doctor would use all these after his name: Ed.D., LMHC, CAP, FAPA).
He will charge you whatever he can up front (up to $400 a session), and prolong the therapy as much as possible to keep you paying for years.
Look somewhere else for real help.
