I attended Dr. Nancy Grechko's training on Perfectionism in September and it was a great experience. Dr Grechko is such a wealth of knowledge and her training's are engaging and informative. I really appreciated all the resources she provided us and the fact that she didn't put any unnecessary pressure around participation.
