The waiting room is so comforting that it helped calm my husband and I prior to our appointment. I can't say enough about how sweet and helpful Dr Pam has been with both myself and my husband. We thank God for putting her in our lives. She really understood us and has helped with our healing. We are not there yet but plan to stay with her till we are totally healed by our savior with Dr Pam's help.

Upon my first appointment I was delighted to see a comfortable lobby that felt like someone’s living room. I was very happy to have a first meeting with the most compassionate person I have ever known. Dr Paul is genuinely interested in helping patients achieve there goals. When I exited the office I felt grateful to have met her.

Was extremely welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in helping me and my 13 year old. First session with my son, he was assigned ‘homework’. I worked with my son to encourage him to continue going with me to see Dr Pam despite him voicing his disdain for counseling. He didn’t want to go, but did and was participating. Twenty minutes after the second session, Dr Pam ended with my son and called me back. She informed me she was ‘too advanced’ or ‘on another level’ and ‘tries to get to his level’, provided a support group from Johns Hopkins that may or may not still be meeting, and said if I want to keep the rest of the appointments to let her know. I worked hard to get my son on board with counseling and this was extremely disheartening.
