This was my first time visit and it won't be my last visit! Dr Ruiz knows just where the botox will do best! I have tried 2 other places in town before I found Firm Cosmetic Center and they do not compare! I felt very much at ease with the help from Renee. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ruiz! I have been seeing him for almost three years. My sister and I recently had Botox and filler treatments with him, and the results are phenomenal. Dr. Ruiz took the time to listen to me and my sister's concerns and goals, and his expertise was evident in the way he tailored the treatment to our individual and specific needs. His caring personality truly set him apart—he made sure we felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The procedure was smooth and virtually painless, and the results are natural and beautiful (We are in our late 60s). My sister looks refreshed and rejuvenated, and she couldn’t stop staring at my results! Dr. Ruiz's meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for his patients shine through in every interaction. I highly recommend Dr. Ruiz to anyone considering Botox or fillers! I also want to mention that clinic itself was cozy and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
