Dr. Dubey was very kind and gave me the help and advice that I needed. He perscribed me medication to help fix my years worth of depression, anxiety, and PTSD and adjusted them according to my needs and side effects. Since working with him, I've noticed an incredible increase in my attitude and my outlook on life. He's patient, respectful, and enjoys helping people get better. Today was my fourth time seeing him, and I'll definitely be back again!

Dr. Shivam Dubey is legitimately the worst doctor i have seen in my entire life.

During my first and only visit to Caya Health, I felt mistreated and judged based on my appearance in addition to being talked to in a very condescending manner. After mentioning traumatic childhood experiences he said to me "did you learn anything from it?" he then went on to try and support this completely insensitive and idiotic statement he made by telling me about how children in India often change their behaviors after being hit.

This is when he moved on to the classic Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) which can be used to screen for bipolar disorder. He went through the questions, smirking and making short comments after some of my answers such as a sarcastic "oh yeah" after i denied random feelings of increased self confidence or whatever. I then proceeded to tell him "I do not have bipolar disorder". Once again, he smirked because he was very sure of his diagnosis, after we finished the questionnaire, he appeared as if he was in shock, he stared at the form in disbelief as he reviewed my answers then literally said "congratulations you don't have bipolar disorder" while simultaneously raising his hand up and reaching out for a high-five.

I never bothered to tell him about my background(nor did he ask) which makes this experience even more amazing...I too have a doctoral level of education. I know i walked into your office without combing my hair and in a cut off t-shirt, but that is not a reason for you to talk down to me (or anyone) as well as laugh at my traumatic childhood experiences and mock me.

After my visit, i called Caya health to speak to a manager, i was put on hold before Mike answered. I explained the experience i had, pretty much exactly how i described it above and then there was a long pause on the other end of the phone line. I expected to be called a liar and to be laughed at, but Mike just let out a long and deep sigh and told me that this was the second time this month he received a very similar complaint from another patient and that he (Dr. Dubey) had been spoken to about his interactions with patients. Mike informed me that he would relay the information to the owner and have him speak to Dubey. Mike also told me to stop by next time i was in to say hi as well as let me dig into a candy jar on his desk. Despite, never going back to Caya Health, i would say Mike is a good guy 10/10.

As far as Mr Dubey goes though...i would like you to know that you are legitimately the worst psychiatrist i have ever worked with and encountered. Your lack professionalism and empathy is next level. It blows my mind that you're a Harvard graduate, have experience with PTSD patients and work with children. You should be ashamed of yourself.
