Very rude receptionist with red hair. Providers get paid late and they also get paid very low wages. They send papers late.

Horrible employees always have an attitude providers get paid way under minimum wage and the staff is no help when providers call or go in the office with questions or concerns whoever is funding this program really need to look into these issues provider work 8+ hours for a $3.34 and hour!
