I had to go to the Palm Springs office to take care of a situation. The receptionist Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and was able to convey to me the path that was needed to solve my issue. I sat in the office and within 5 minutes I had a favorable resolution. I honestly thought that I would be there for a while, but within 15 minutes I was back in my care. Tyler, thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.

It's been a wonderful experience with the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach.
Me and my wife needed help with our daughter, and they were able to help us in every way they could. We only met wonderful people with warm welcome from the front to the back.
It was such a great impression that I remember every single person that helped us.
Thank you Tori for providing such a great standard in that public institution.
Thank you Zayra and Lorraine for being so kind and professional. Finally it would be a mistake to omit the receptionists; they tried to help us in various way while keeping their framework.

Elc of west palm beach is the worst I have ever experienced ever.
In Broward county you had a sense that these people were here to help and guide you through an already impossible system.

Well elc of west palm beach has made it their point to not help me.
I have been applying for ELC for one year since I moved To palm beach and still nothing. It’s almost as though they are striving to not help me with anything. The resources they provide are pointless and has zero interest of helping or providing. No humanity in these people.

Degrading and inhumane treatment. I’m suppose to be in a wealthy city. With resources I would think. Lol all the government assistance programs in palm beach are a front.

The run around is ridiculous, honestly. I have been lied to multiple times about what makes me ineligible and was then told this is not true by other representatives. Each time they call me it's different information needed that wasn't told to me before. I am tired of the run around. This is ridiculous. Goal is to help not to frustrate and mislead! There needs to be some accountability here not just telling me previous information told to me is not true and being annoyed that I'm wanting someone to be held accountable. Q.A. person is NOT doing their job, who is listening to these calls NOBODY? Listen to what these call takers are telling parents and check them or call the parents back and correct the information. Come on ELC

I went into the Palm Springs location yesterday 06/12 to pick up my kids certificate, but I wasn't able to because of the new changes. I asked to speak to a Supervisor because I was advised by the customer service center to come down in person to pick up the certificate.

After expressing my situation and concerns to Paola, she apologized and assured me that she would do everything to make sure I would be able to put my kids in school the following day. This was at 8:30 a.m., by 2:30 p.m. Paola came through as promised and I am grateful to her.

Thanks to her empathy and ability to recognize and resolve a problem created by the ELC I no longer have to worry about my kids being in an unsafe place. Her mannerism and professionalism says a lot and I hope the ELC employs more people like her!!

They handle the renewal quick and great customer service. I just moved and I can honestly say the elc from palm beach is way better in communication and customer service and quickness compare to the elc in my new county.

I’m am so overjoyed with the service here ! I explained my issue and I was immediately helped. Everyone was so extremely polite and showed joy to be there helping my daughter and I ! Literally the best to go to!
